I ordered the shampoo and conditioner, and honestly?? I was disappointed. The smell was kind of weird, and after just two washes my hair felt really dry and rough... not what I was expecting at all!! For the price, it definitely didn’t feel worth it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Hair Products again!!!

I ordered a few hair products thinking they’d show up in a few days, but it ended up taking over a week. The tracking barely updated, so I reached out to support and it felt like they just copied and pasted a generic response about being patient and checking the tracking link. The products were fine once they finally arrived, but the whole waiting game was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I really didn’t need the items anytime soon

I tried ordering from Hair Products, but the checkout process was such a headache. The site kept freezing, my cart got wiped out twice, and somehow my card still got charged even though I never received an order confirmation email.

I ended up contacting support and had to wait days just to get a basic response. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole thing definitely didn’t feel right to me. Maybe other people have better luck, but I’m not planning to order from there again

I don’t know if it was just handled better this time or what, but the box arrived in really good shape. It wasn’t crushed or dirty, and everything inside was packed up nicely. Didn’t see any leaks or mess when I opened it, so all good there

I had a quick question about my order and support replied faster than I expected. I can’t remember if I messaged them that morning or the night before, but either way, the answer came through without a bunch of back and forth. It was simple and sorted things out for me.

Some things are good for the price, but a few items felt a bit too expensive compared to other sites I checked. I might buy again, but probably only if there’s a sale going on.

I ordered my usual shampoo from hairproducts.com because the price was cheaper, but I already had that little feeling it might be too good to be true. When it showed up, the bottle just looked off to me, the label was kind of blurry and the cap didn’t fit the way it does on the ones I buy from the salon.
Then I used it once and the smell was different, plus my hair felt strange afterward, so that pretty much confirmed what I was already thinking. I really don’t believe it was genuine, and I won’t be ordering from there again

It helped a little, which is nice, of course. I wouldn’t call it amazing or anything, but if you keep your expectations low, it does okay.
